YouTube Content Lab

On Friday April 22, 2016, Open Channel hosted a YouTube Content Lab & Happy Hour networking drinks session in partnership with YouTube.

Video-makers from some of Melbourne’s most popular channels were invited to the interactive, half-day workshop, which is designed for creators with more than 10,000 subscribers. Creators worked in groups to examine the audience of a channel, its content strategy, programming plan and long-term goals.

For many of the attendees the best thing on the day was the chance to meet other content creators in person, as you can see from this video.
