Do you want to transfer from Final Cut Pro 7 to the new industry standard, Avid Media Composer 6?
This comprehensive workshop is an exercise-based course comparing the many features of Avid Media Composer 6 and Final Cut Pro 7. Gain an overall understanding of Avid, and the similarities and differences in the Final Cut and Avid editing processes, including:
- Comparing the interfaces and application bases of the two programs
- Differences in project set-up
- Media management comparison - organising, logging and viewing
- Managing timeline
- Basic editing, building a rough cut
- Intro to sound mixing
- Basic titles, credit rolls, layers, filters, image effects, transitions
A maximum of five participants ensures you one-on-one tutoring.
