Developing Cross-Platform and Digital Storytelling Projects

"The National Broadband Network will underpin our futures. It will change the business models and delivery of ALL screen content, including film and television."
- Sue Maslin, Producer (Japanese Story, Road to Nhill) and Adjunct Professor, RMIT School of Media and Communication.

This one-year accredited program develops people and projects. Designed for screen and digital media practitioners who want to create compelling cross-platform and innovative screen stories and related content. Its aim is to foster innovation
and to increase cross-platform production in Victoria.

Developing People
Emerging web designers, digital content creators and filmmakers learn skills in creative and technical project development, build new creative teams, develop industry networks, and gain the business knowledge needed to get innovative digital screen projects into production.

Developing Projects
With expert industry mentors, participants workshop and prototype or pilot a cross-platform or innovative digital narrative project. Projects are interrogated creatively, technically and financially in their evolution - and always with the audience in mind. Participants develop tools that will aid the commercial realisation of projects.
