FRAMED: WRAP-UP!...

Both Framed, "TV Comedy - How To Do It!" & "From Country To Cannes!" were both phenomenal success', and the great reviews have been flowing in fast!

TV Comedy - How To Do It, was an insightful panel session looking at the why, wherefores and eternal dreams of perfecting Australian Television comedy. Television comedy is one of the most difficult program forms to perfect, this panel will discuss through anecdote, analysis and "War Stories", the often perilous path through concept, script writing, production and marketing of successful Television comedy.

From Country To Cannes delved into the pathways one might take to get out of the bush and into the studio. It was great to see the TAFE auditorium packed and we can't wait to do it again in the future!

Framed: Industry Seminars

Framed is a free seminar series presented by Open Channel with the support of Film Victoria. Framed examines aspects of the screen industry including new media; career pathways and professional development; crew roles; and creating screen-based content. Framed aims to support the professional development of emerging and independent screen practitioners by providing practical advice and knowledge within a setting that enables an open discussion of industry issues, and fosters a sharing of experience and industry networking.
