Chris-PenderDaring, inventive, creative and a true chameleon, Pender made a splash on the Melbourne theatre scene with the one man play Homme Fatale, which he then took to the Pleasance Theatre in London.  Also in London he appeared in Oblomov’s Dream at the Jermyn Street Theatre and Life as a Springer Show at the Fairfax, Melbourne, where he thrilled the audience as the famed talk show host.  Pender has since appeared in Dimboola, Space Travel Unlimited, Falling So Slowly, Almost, The Object of Desire, The Lost, Tipping Point and The Dream Children.  His film credits include I Can Speak Swedish, Dovetail, Fearless, and the forthcoming Clean Time for Fat Kid Films.

In 2009, Pender formed Fat Kid Films Pty. Ltd., with award-winning director and Swinburne Film School graduate Robert Chuter to produce their debut  feature ‘The Dream Children‘ which is currently being screened in the Netherlands and around the world. He is currently studying film and television at Swinburne University of Technology.
